The Office of Elections is soliciting proposals for a voting system for federal, state, and county elections. Proposals, in accordance with RFP-10-001-SW, will be received at the Office of Elections, 802 Lehua Avenue, Pearl City, HI 96782, until 2:00 p.m. HST, on October 15, 2009.

Vendors interested in responding to this solicitation must register with the Office of Elections by submitting an e-mail or fax concerning this solicitation to the Office of Elections at elections@hawaii.gov or (808) 453-6006 (FAX), containing the name of the vendor, mailing address, name of a contact person, and the contact’s email address, telephone number, and fax number. The vendor shall then print a hard copy of the solicitation from the Procurement Notice System website.

In the alternative, a copy of the solicitation is available for public inspection and pick up at the Office of Elections. Any vendor appearing in person at the Office of Elections will provide the relevant registration information before being provided a copy of the solicitation.

If a vendor fails to register, the vendor may not receive any addenda or other procurement notices, and as such its proposal may therefore be rejected and not considered for award.
