Welcome to the Hawaii Reapportionment Commission online Geographic Information System (GIS) Interactive District Maps.

With this system, you will be able to do the following, and more:

  • See existing and proposed legislative districts for the state, an island or a street.
  • Find a street and see a detailed map of that area
  • See Federal and State population base data by census block
  • Pan and zoom to any area on any island
  • Create a map for printing

 

GETTING STARTED:

First time user? Please download the Step-By-Step Guide before going to interactive district maps. You can either print this guide, or leave it open in a window that you can refer to during interactive mapping.

Also, please note that these interactive maps can take some time to download if you are connected over a phone line. It will work but it will take time. Please be patient and don't click any other buttons while the map is redrawing.
