With a focus on making life better for all the people of Hawai`i, Governor Lingle recently addressed the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce to provide details of her Administration's major legislative initiatives, including measures aimed at creating jobs, modernizing the state’s infrastructure and building a stronger future for Hawai`i.
Governor Lingle met with federal leaders in Washington, D.C. to focus on maximizing federal dollars and partnerships as part of the Lingle-Aiona Administration's five-point economic action plan to stimulate the economy and create jobs for Hawai`i residents.
