HB1012, SB830: RELATING TO GOVERNMENT SHARED SERVICES TECHNOLOGY
Allows the State to realize cost savings by establishing the Shared Services Technology Special Fund which will allow departments and agencies to pool resources for common technology systems, hardware, and software.

HB1013, SB831: RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL SERVICES

Improves the efficiency of government and the on-line delivery of services to the public by establishing permanent exempt positions for the e-Government program.

HB1014, SB832: RELATING TO ENHANCED 911 SERVICES
Lowers costs for cell phone subscribers by reducing the Wireless Enhanced 911 surcharge from 66 to 46 cents.  Expands the membership and oversight responsibilities of the Wireless Enhanced 911 Board.

HB1015, SB833: RELATING TO OBLIGATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS TRUST FUND
Accelerates the construction and delivery of new homes for Native Hawaiians by allowing the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to begin projects without having the full and final amount of the capital costs on hand at the beginning of the project, similar to private sector developers.
