Navy Builds Ties Across the Pacific

Qinsheng, who oversees the Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hebei and Hainan Provinces of China, is visiting Pearl Harbor as part of the continuum of reciprocal exchanges between the two countries, designed to promote peaceful development in the Asia-Pacific region.
