Sailors stand in ranks during a change of command ceremony on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell. Cmdr. Jeffery Weston relieved Cmdr. Brad Cooper as Russell's commanding officer. Russell is underway conducting joint task force exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
