Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor Passes DLNR Bills

House Bill 3176 protects coral reefs by imposing a fine of $10,000 or more per square meter of damaged reef. 

House Bill 3177 Increases the maximum penalty for violations within the conservation district.

House Bill 3178 Increases civil penalties for violations on public lands, and clarifies penalties for encroachment on public lands.
