Governor Lingle outlines her plan to close the projected revenue shortfall for fiscal years 2010 and 2011. Since the Governor submitted the Administration’s FY10-FY11 biennium budget to the Legislature in December, the Council on Revenues on January 9, 2009, lowered its revenue projections by an additional $650 million for FY09-FY11.
