Governor Signs Bills to
Enhance Land Conservation

Honorary Chief Aviation Ordnanceman David Eberhart, assigned to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24, was appointed an Honorary Chief Petty Officer during a ceremony at Tripler Army Medical Center.

"Mikey" Forbes Granted
Wish to Meet Governor

Governor Lingle welcomed 12-year-old Michael "Mikey" Forbes to the Hawai`i State Capitol. Forbes has severe hemophilia and he and his family were flown to Hawai`i by the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
