Reflecting her commitment to Hawai`i's clean energy future, Governor Lingle spoke at a rally in support of legislation to ban the construction of any new fossil fuel burning power plants in Hawai`i. The legislation would support the state's efforts to have 70 percent of Hawai`i's power come from clean energy by 2030.
