GOVERNOR’S EAST HAWAI`I ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO MEET IN HONOKA`A ON MAY 27TH

For Immediate Release: May 21, 2004

HILO, HAWAI`I – The Governor’s East Hawai`i Advisory Committee will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 27, 2004, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Hale Ho`ola Hamakua in Honoka`a.  The meeting is open to the public and will include public testimony to hear the concerns of community residents.

The advisory committee provides the people of East Hawai`i with a direct link to Governor Lingle’s Administration to help government better serve the public. 

The members of the Governor’s East Hawai`i Advisory Committee are Kenneth Ah Lo, Andres Baclig, Glen J. Kagamida, John K. Kai, Alton M. Okinaka (chair), Lorraine M. Stahr, Barry K. Taniguchi, Lillian Tokumoto, and Carol A. VanCamp.
