Executive Orders

Executive Orders issued since Governor Abercrombie took office on December 6, 2010 are available below.

  • Executive Order 4346, December 23, 2010:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2141 (dated June 2, 1964), which set aside land in Palawai and Kamao, Lanai for a Small Boat Marina and appurtenant facilities.
  • Executive Order 4347, December 23, 2010:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 3111 (dated December 31, 1981), which set aside certain submerged land in the offshore waters of Palawai and Kamao, Lanai for harbor purposes.
  • Executive Order 4348, December 23, 2010:  Sets aside land for Manele Bay Small Boat Harbor purposes in the offshore waters of Palawai and Kamao, Lanai.
  • Executive Order 4349, January 18, 2011:  Sets aside land for affordable senior and multi-family rental housing projects purposes at Waimano, Ewa, Oahu.
  • Executive Order 4350, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for telecommunications purposes at Opu, Makiki, Honolulu, Oahu, and identified as Puu Ualakaa Microwave Tower Site.
  • Executive Order 4351, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for affordable family rental housing purposes at Waiakea, South Hilo, Island of Hawaii, and identified as “Kinoole Affordable Family Rental Housing Site.”
  • Executive Order 4352, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for educational purposes at Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu, and identified as “Ewa Makai Middle School.”
  • Executive Order 4353, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for agricultural purposes at Waiakea, South Hilo, Island of Hawaii, and identified as “Panaewa Farm Lots.”
  • Executive Order 4354, March 11, 2011:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 3665 (date July 19, 1995), which set aside land situated at Kealakehe, North Kona, Island of Hawaii, for Kealakehe Wastewater Reclamation Field and North Kona Golf Course.
  • Executive Order 4355, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for Kealakehe Wastewater Reclamation Field, North Kona Golf Course and/or Public Park purposes at Kealakehe, North Kona, Island of Hawaii.
  • Executive Order 4356, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for shoreline protection purposes at Kapaka, Koolauloa, Oahu, also identified as “Kamehameha Highway Hauula Shoreline Protection Federal Aid Project No. NH-083-1 (34), Parcel 11.”
  • Executive Order 4357, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for an addition to Hilo Forest Reserve situated at Laupahoehoe, North Hilo, Island of Hawaii, and also identified as “Hilo Forest Reserve (Laupahoehoe Section).”
  • Executive Order 4358, March 11, 2011:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2400 (dated August 13, 1968), which set aside land for addition to Lahaina Small Boat Harbor at Pa Pelekane, Lahaina, Maui.
  • Executive Order 4359, March 11, 2011:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2054 (dated June 4, 1962), which set aside certain lands for the Lahaina Small Boat Harbor at Waianae, Puako and Pakala, Lahaina, Maui.
  • Executive Order 4360, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for Lahaina Boat Harbor purposes at Lahaina, Maui.
  • Executive Order 4361, March 11, 2011:  Sets aside land for forest reserve, wildlife preservation and related purposes at Piihonua, South Hilo, Island of Hawaii.
  • Executive Order 11-15, March 21, 2011:  Discontinues the State of Hawaii Furlough Plan applicable to United Public Workers employees who are federal/special funded, for the pay periods beginning March 1, 2011 and ending on June 30, 2011, and restores the pay of these employees back to reflect the salary schedules in effect on June 30, 2009.
  • Executive Order 11-16, March 21, 2011:  Discontinues the State of Hawaii Furlough Plan applicable to HGEA employees who are federal/special funded, for the pay periods beginning April 1, 2011 and ending on June 30, 2011, and restores the pay of these employees back to reflect the salary schedules in effect on June 30, 2009.
  • Executive Order 4362, March 25, 2011:  Cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 4261 (dated January 23, 2009), which set aside land Hanapepe, Waimea, Kauai for future housing and housing-related purposes.
  • Executive Order 4363, March 25, 2011:  Sets aside land for small boat launching ramp purposes at Milolii, South Kona, Island of Hawaii also identified as “Milolii Landing.”
  • Executive Order 4364, March 25, 2011:  Withdraws land from the operation of Governor’s Proclamation (dated December 22, 1928), which set aside certain lands for the Kahikinui Forest Reserve at Honuaula, Kahikinui and Kaupo Districts, Maui, Hawaii.
  • Executive Order 4365, March 25, 2011:  Sets aside land for Nakula Natural Area Reserve at Nakula, Hana, Maui.
  • Executive Order 4366, April 20, 2011:  Sets aside land for Kapolei High School purposes at Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu.
  • Executive Order 4367, April 20, 2011:  Sets aside land for commercial maritime, marine, and associated purposes at the submerged land fronting the Ili of Eleele, at Eleele, Koloa, Kauai, also identified as “Port Allen Pier.”
