April 17, Governor Lingle will deliver remarks at a gathering for the African American Diversity Cultural Center Hawai`i.

April 18, Governor Lingle and State Adjutant General Robert Lee will meet with family members of Hawai`i National Guard troops from the East Hawai`i area.

April 18, Governor Lingle will attend the 46th Annual Merrie Monarch Hula Festival.  In 2004, Governor Lingle became the first sitting Governor to attend the Merrie Monarch Festival.
