May 29, Governor Lingle will honor Maui Police Department Chief Thomas Phillips, who is retiring after 33 years of service.
May 30, Governor Lingle will attend the Holy Ghost Feast in Kula, which celebrates Pentecost, as well as the traditions of the early Portuguese immigrants to Hawai`i.
