October 13, Governor Lingle will join the Department of Health in kicking off the school-based vaccination program, "Protect Hawai`i's Keiki: Stop Flu at School."
October 13, Governor Lingle will hold a news conference to update the public on the progress of the Capital Improvement Project plan the Administration unveiled last December as part of the State's efforts to work with the private sector and counties to accelerate public construction projects in order to create jobs and stimulate the economy.
October 15, Governor Lingle will recognize outstanding State employees at the annual Governor's Awards Ceremony.
October 16, The Governor will attend Kapi`olani Community College's Ho`okipa Gala fund-raiser to support the college's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program.
October 17, Governor Lingle will deliver remarks at the U.S. Navy's 234th birthday ball.
