- There's nothing like fresh-from-the-farm eggs and Peterson's Upland Farms has been a fixture in Wahiawa Town for decades.

- We're LIVE and it's EARLY at the North Shore Cattle Ranch above Haleiwa. The cows even mosied over to see what was going on so early in the morning! It's Buy Fresh, Buy Local time!

- June is milk month!! Ed Boteilho, Jr. of family-run Clover Leaf Dairy on the Big Island flew over to talk about Island Fresh milk. Derek Kurisu from the Big Island's KTA Superstores also had fun with recipes using products produced on Hawaii Island.

- Ho Farms in Kahuku showcased its specialty tomatoes on the KITV Morning Show this month. The farm also grows long squash, long beans and Japanese cucumbers.

- Kamiya Gold papayas grow large and have sweet, orange-yellow flesh - a favorite of Hawaii residents.

- We're LIVE at the Ka Lei Eggs Marketplace on Waialae Avenue in Kaimuki. Students from Kahala and Liliuokalani Elementary decorate eggs for Easter!

- Here's the BEEF! North Shore Cattle Company Beef, that is. Hawaii-born and raised, North Shore Cattle beef is 100 percent grass-fed and free of hormones and antibiotics.

- One of Hawaii's new developing diversified crops is tea. Research into tea production began on the Big Island several years ago and interest in tea growing is blooming.
- December 2007
- Did you know that there are 200 different varieties of avocado grown in Hawaii? Just ask farmer Ken Love of the Love Family Farm in Kona. Ken is working with the UH College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) and the Hawaii Tropical Fruit Growers Association to conduct some research to determine consumer preference and the KITV Morning Show helped to spread the word.

- To keep in the Thanksgiving theme, the KITV Morning Show featured Okinawan sweet potato from farmer Norman Sadoyama's farm in Waiahole Valley.

- Kona Kampachi took the stage for this month's Buy Fresh, Buy Local segment.
- September 2007
- The HMSA Island Fresh Festival, which promotes healthy lifestyles and island-grown fruits and vegetables, was the subject of this month's Buy Fresh, Buy Local segment.
- August 2007
- GOOD MORNING FROM HAU`ULA!!! KITV's Mahealani Richardson made an early call with Hau`ula farmer Terry Shintaku who grows tasty hydroponic tomatoes. The live segments at the farm showed how these special tomatoes are grown without soil.
- June 2007
- During the summer months, the BUY FRESH - BUY LOCAL segments will be going live from a Hawaii farm. This month features Sumida Farms, which provide about 75% of the watercress grown in the state.
- April 2007
- This month's segment features Twin Bridge Farms, which covers 250 acres of former Waialua Sugar Company land on Oahu. The farm is most famous for its tasty and tender asparagus. Partners Milton Agader and Al Medrano also grow tomatoes, potatoes, onions, papaya and seed crops such as corn and sunflower.

- Sugarland Farms in Kunia, Oahu, is one of the largest farms in Hawaii, supplying local residents with fresh produce such as green peppers, tomatoes, head cabbage, Chinese cabbage, apple bananas and the juiciest watermelons.

- Waianae Farmer Vicky Domingo of Domingo/Edra Farms talk about the variety of ethnic vegetables she grows, including the "Miracle Tree," the malungay plant.
