This month's Buy Fresh-Buy Local segments features the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation's cookbook, with HFBF President Dean Okimoto and cookbook author Joan Namkoong.

December’s Buy Fresh – Buy Local segment featured The Hawaii Farmers Market Cookbook, published by the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation (HFBF).  HFBF President Dean Okimoto of Nalo Greens fame and cookbook editor, Joan Namkoong prepared dishes from the cookbook, which makes a great gift.
