Construction of residence on an agricultural park lot
One farm dwelling or employee dwelling may be permitted per lot upon demonstration of need and approval of the Hawaii Board of Agriculture. This shall serve as the principal residence of the lessee. The farm dwelling shall not be used for rental purposes, and the lease rent shall be adjusted to reflect the residential use of the lot.
