The Hawaii Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Resource Management Division (ARMD) has received many inquiries about the impending transfer of agricultural leases from DLNR to HDOA, pursuant to Act 90, SLH 2003 for the Non-Agricultural Park Lands Program.

Several leases have already been approved for transfer, which will occur in phases. ARMD will be mailing an informational letter to all lessees/permittees on the list to advise on the status of the program implementation and estimated timetable for the transfer. In the meantime, DLNR will continue to administer the terms and conditions of the leases and permits.

ARMD will also issue updates on this website as the transfers proceed.
