              Inc. be Referred to the Attorney General for Disposition
              and/or Collection.

          B. AGRICULTURAL RESOURSE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

          1. Request for Approval to Renew Existing Revocable
              Permit No. 10, Issued to Elizabeth Martinez, dba

          C. QUALITY ASSURANCE DIVISION

          1. Request for (1) Preliminary Approval of proposed
              Amendments to Section 4-60-10, Hawaii
              Administrative Rules, entitled “Minimum Prices in the
              Hawaii Milk Shed,”  Pertaining to Increasing the
              Minimum Price to Milk Producers in the Hawaii Milk
              Shed, and (2) Authorization for the Chairperson to
              Schedule a Public and to Appoint a Hearing Officer in
              Connection with (1)

          D.  PLANT INDUSTRY DIVISION

          1. Request for (1) Preliminary Approval of Proposed Amendment
              to Chapter 4-69A, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR), Entitled
              “Pests for Control or Eradication”, to Add Little Fire Ant,
              (Wasmannia auropunctata) and Nettle Caterpillar (Darna
              pallivitta
) to the “List of Insects, Mites, Other Pests, and Plant
              Diseases Designated as Pests for Control or Eradication
              Purposes by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture”; and (2)
              Authorization for the Chairperson to Appoint a Hearings Officer
              and to Schedule Public Hearings

          2. Request to:  (1) Allow the Importation of Various Butterfly
              Species on the List of Restricted Animals Part B (Trogonoptera
           
  and Ornithoptera spp.) by Kauai Butterfly Supply for Commercial
              Use and (2) Establish Permit Conditions for the Aforementioned
              Butterfly Species on the List of Restricted Animals Part B for
              Import by Kauai Butterfly Supply for Commercial Use 
 

          3. Request for: (1) Extension of Time for Submittal of Hearing
              Officer’s Report on Proposed Amendments to Hawaii
              Administrative Rules, Chapter 4-71, “Plants and Non-Domestic
              Animal Quarantine Non-Domestic Animal Import Rules”; (2)
              Submittal of Hearing Officer’s Report on Proposed Amendments
              to Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 4-71, “Plants and Non-
              Domestic Animal Quarantine Non-Domestic Animal Import Rules”;
              (3) Acceptance of Minutes of Public Hearing; and (4) Request for
              Adoption of Proposed Amendments to Hawaii Administrative
              Rules (HAR), Chapter 4-71, “Plant and Non-Domestic Animal
              Quarantine Non-Domestic Animal Import Rules”
