Notification of Exceedance of a National Ambient Air Quality Standard

As required by federal rule, the Department of Health (DOH) will notify the public of an exceedance of a National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). Click here to view the current list of exceedances (PDF).

Except where indicated, the list shows an exceedance of a primary NAAQS standard. A primary standard is health-based and represents a threshold below which health impacts are not expected. Click here to see a current list of the NAAQS.
