The Case Management Section (CMS)
is responsible for developmental disabilities (DD) or mental retardation (MR) eligibility determinations. If eligibility for services is determined, case managers assist individuals, families and friends to create change through a person-centered process based on the individual’s desires, dreams, and goals. Case managers belong to one of seven case management units assigned geographically.
