The Contracts and Resource Development Section (CRDS)
develops, procures, administers, and monitors contracts for purchase of services, Title XIX, and federal and private foundation grants. The Contracts and Resource Development Section works closely with Program Supports in support of the HCBS DD/MR Medicaid Waiver. Moreover, CRDS oversees the fully State funded supports such as the Family Support Services Program (FSSP) and the Department of Health (DOH) Respite Program.
