Program Supports(PS)
Program Supports (PS) focuses on program development, internal quality assurance, staff development, staff and community training, and self-advocacy. Specifically, Program Supports is responsible for developing and modifying policies and procedures for various programs, supports, and operations; monitoring and tracking issues of health and safety; tracking legislative issues; coordinating volunteer programs; providing orientation to the community; as well as conducting initial and on-going training on person-centered planning to staff, individuals, family members, and community members. Also, Program Supports provides technical support for the neighbor island case management units.
