The Facility Access Unit reviews and provides recommendations on all State and County plans and specifications for buildings, facilities, and sites in order to ensure compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS)103-50. The following links provide information that will assist design professionals to create accessible facilities for individuals with disabilities.

• DCAB's printed Access Bulletins have ceased as of July 2007. We have moved to an electronic newsletter format which will be mailed periodically to subscribers. Subscription is free.
