The Facility Access Unit reviews and provides recommendations on all State and County plans and specifications for buildings, facilities, and sites in order to ensure compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS)103-50.   Effective October 2007, the DCAB website will post a monthly list of construction projects reviewed under HRS 103-50 for which we have conducted a written document review. The monthly list will remain posted for 1 year. (Note: The list is not posted as a searchable database). All document reviews are public documents.
