The “Key to Resources Serving People with Disabilities in the State of Hawaii” is a listing of some of the available services and resources for persons with disabilities. Resources include government agencies and private organizations.  The information in each of the below sections is listed alphabetically within each county.  

The “Key to Resources” serves only as a guide to some of the available resources, and does not serve as an endorsement by the Disability and Communication Access Board (DCAB) for any business or service listed herein.
