The Hawaii Environmental Forum (HEF) is an annual meeting with the U.S. Departments of Defense, the Hawaii Department of Health,
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other State and County agencies. The purpose of the forum is to share information about
government programs and issues that that affect Hawaii's environment.
