The following documents are being provided to inform the public
of current environmental air matters.
For permit applications that require a public comment period, the following documents are provided: draft Air Permit, Air Permit Review, and Public Notice.
The Administrative Record for a permit application includes these three documents as well as other documents not provided here.

The Air Permit states the conditions under which a facility is allowed to operate.
The Air Permit Review gives an assessment of the project, the regulatory requirements, and the proposed actions.
The Public Notice provides information on the public comment period, the public hearing, if applicable, and other related topics.
Copies of the notice may also appear in the statewide Honolulu Star Advertiser and other local newspapers.
The "closing date" represents the due date for any comments that may be solicited by the notice.
