The standard NPDES permit conditions, updated as of December 30,
2005, are applicable to all NPDES Individual Permits issued as of
December 30, 2005.
The standard NPDES permit conditions, updated as of December 31,
2002, are applicable to all NPDES Individual Permits issued as of
December 31, 2002.
The standard NPDES permit co nditions, updated as of May 3, 1999,
are applicable to all NPDES Individual Permits issued as of May 3,
1999.
The standard NPDES permit conditions, updated as of October 1, 1997,
are applicable to all NPDES Individual Permits issued as of October 1,
1997.
The standard general permit conditions, adopted on October 25, 2002,
and amended and compiled effective November 7, 2002, are applicable to
all Notices of General Permit Coverage (NGPCs) issued as of November 7,
2002.
