Tick-Transmitted Diseases

Ticks carry many diseases that can infect humans. Ticks are part of the arachnid family, and are closely related to spiders. They live in wooded areas, fields, and around homes. Ticks survive by eating blood from their hosts. Ticks can pass infections from one host to the next, including humans. Learn more about ticks, and how to find and eliminate them here
