This update was compiled by the staff of the Hawai`i
Department of Health, Healthy Hawai`i 2000 Project. Project staff
involved were Douglas G. Kreider, project director; Betty Wood,
epidemiologist; Erleen Ah You, public health student intern; and Yvonne
Perry and Francisco Figueiredo, clerical assistants. Special thanks are
due former acting program manager Judy Williamson, who made countless
contributions to this update and the project as a whole during her
seven years as a staff member.
