December 8, 2012 (Oahu Only)8:30 a.m. - Written examination for CSAC, CPS, CCJP, CCS, CCDP-D.

Please keep this list for your records. Dates are subject to change without notice. It is ADAD's policy to abide by all deadlines. Applicants are responsible for contacting the Certification Office for updated information and application packets. Applicants are also responsible for notifying ADAD of any changes to their names, addresses, or phone numbers.

*General applications may be submitted to the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD) at any time. All general applications must be approved before candidates can apply for the written examination. Effective June 15, 2008 the written examination is the only examination required for certification.
