Overview

Honolulu International Airport offers a Visitor Information Program to assist travelers.  The program is staffed from 4:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. (Hawaii time) daily.

 

There are 15 VIP desks located at HNL:

  • Outside international arrivals exit fronting Rodgers Boulevard
  • At Baggage Claims B, C, D, E, F, G, H (There are two booths each at Baggage Claims G & H)
  • One portable VIP booth at Baggage Claim E
  • Second level at the 'Y' concourse between Gates 14 & 23
  • Second level at the Diamond Head end of the main lobby
  • Second level at the Ewa end of the main lobby
  • Second level at the Interisland Terminal lobby across Burger King

 

When booths are not staffed, information is available by calling (808) 836-6413.
