HAWAI‘I RULES OF COURT

These court rules are posted for the Hawai‘i Supreme Court by the Supreme Court Law Library. Orders of Amendment, as filed by the Court, are posted on the Internet after they are received by the Library. An electronic order may contain computer-generated errors or other deviations from the official order filed in the Office of the Chief Clerk, Supreme Court of Hawai‘i. In case of discrepancies, the order as filed in the Clerk's Office controls.

Proposed rules amendments and on-line comment form, as spotlighted on the Judiciary home page, are also posted here for your consideration. An archive of orders of amendment is available electronically from 2005.
