Kona International Airport is the primary airport on the Island of Hawaii.  It serves international, overseas and interisland flights.  KOA is located in West Hawaii in Keahole.  The Big Island is known for its active volcanoes, orchids, golf courses and scenic coastline.  We look forward to welcoming you to Kona.

FINAL - Environmental Assessment March 2013

The Airports Division has prepared a Final Environmental Assessment (EA), pursuant to Chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), for various airfield, terminal, and facility improvements at the Kona International Airport located in Keahole, North Kona, Hawai’i.
