HIWI contains information on wages, jobs, careers, training, employment, unemployment and much more. The website provides data and information needed to make informed decisions whether the site user is a student, a counselor, a job seeker, an employer, or an economic analyst. Major features of the HIWI site include:

Employee photoAn Interactive Web site. Information may be selected to display and download for analysis. Results may also be saved to a personalized My HIWI Page, which can be easily accessed the next time a user logs in.

Career Center. HIWI users can explore career options based on skill, assessment scores and interest areas. They can also search for jobs locally or nationally.

Labor Market Information. Provides information and data to understand Hawaii’s labor markets, occupations and industries. Users can also find employers, training programs and providers.

Download Data Tables. Labor market and economic data can be accessed from HIWI’s core database by using the tools provided. Users can create and view their own data extract, then save the data to their My HIWIPage or download the data to a desktop for further manipulation and analysis.
