Minimum Wage
You have the right to receive the statutory minimum wage of at least $7.25 per hour.
Effective January 1, 2007, the Hawaii minimum wage increased from $6.75 to $7.25 per hour. Effective July, 24, 2009, the federal minimum wage increased from $6.55 to $7.25 per hour.

Tip Credit
Under certain conditions, employers may pay tipped employees twenty-five cents less per hour by using tip credit.
