PREPAID HEALTH CARE ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS


Grant IshikawaMr. Ishikawa has been a member of the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Advisory Council since March, 2011.  Mr. Ishikawa is a consultant with EnvisionRx Pharmaceutical Services, a national Pharmacy Benefit Management firm providing benefits consulting services to private employer groups and Taft Hartley trust funds.  Prior to that he was the Hawaii region manager for Automatic Data Processing, a national firm providing employer services in the areas of Payroll, HR and Benefits Administration.  Mr. Ishikawa started his career in the healthcare industry in the early 90’s with Ernst & Young where he worked on the financial projections for the Hawaii Med-QUEST program and cost reporting for several facilities currently in the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.
