About RFPs and the Grants Process
Your agency has a great idea for a project or business to aid Hawaii's community; maybe your agency has a project or business up and running and already serves the community; the last thing you need is funding for it. That's where requests for proposals (RFPs) come in to help.
The Office of Community Services (OCS) funds purchase of services (POS) from public and private agencies that aid economically disadvantaged persons, including low-income persons, refugees, and immigrants in the State of Hawaii.
