Download QWRS Version 3.1.0

**New**

QWRS Version 3.1.0 launched on 4/6/2011.  The program was changed to accept any Employment and Training Assessment (E&T) rate regardless of your UI tax rate.

If you are using Versions 3.0.0, 2.1.1 or 2.0.0 you MUST upgrade to Version 3.1.0.

System Requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows compatible PC with a Pentium processor, recommended 200 MHz or faster
  • Windows 95 or above with latest service packs applied
  • 256 MB of RAM
  • 20 MB of free hard disk space

Step 1: Uninstall QWRS VB Version 3.0.0, 2.0.0 or 2.1.1.  To uninstall, go to your Windows Desktop and select Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, select QWRS and click on the Remove button.  Only the QWRS program files are removed.  The employer database, transmit and work files will remain in their respective directories.

Step 2:  Download QWRS 3.1.0 Install.exe.  Click the “Download” button below to download the QWRS Version 3.1.0 software program.  We recommend you run your anti-virus program on the download file and close any other applications running.

Step 3:  Install the program.   Run the Install.exe and follow the setup instructions. Or choose Save File and once the file is saved, run the install.exe file.

Step 4:  Open QWRS Program. Double click on the QWRS icon on your desktop. A series of questions will appear to set your filing preferences. These preferences can be changed at any time. The QWRS Directory Setup box appears. You must check Standard setup. Click on Create Directories. The directory setup can be changed to another location/drive once the QWRS program opens.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
