PREPAID HEALTH CARE ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS
 Ms. Abe received her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawaii and did post graduate work in Education Administration. She is currently the Director of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll for DFS Group Ltd., West Division, which includes operations in the United States, Guam, the CNMI and Okinawa. Prior to that, she worked at The Queen’s Medical Center/The Queen’s Health System where she was the Director of Performance Management/HR, overseeing their compensation, benefits & HRIS programs. Ms. Abe is involved with numerous professional organizations and boards, both at the local and national level and taught continuing education classes for the HR Management certification program at the University of Hawaii Outreach College.
