PREPAID HEALTH CARE ADVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS
 Laudra Eber was appointed to the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Advisory Council
in May 2004. Ms. Eber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Maryland, Summa Cum Laude, and was awarded a certificate as a "Certified
Employee Benefits Specialist" from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania. She has over 25 years of insurance industry experience
working for an insurance company, a multi-national insurance broker. Ms.
Eber currently runs her own business, assisting small businesses with employer
benefit programs. She is a board member of the Hawaii Chapter of the International
Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and was past President,
Charter member and is currently an Executive Board member of the National
Association of Health Underwriters. Ms. Eber also teaches continuing education
classes for life and health insurance professionals.
