HEARING EXAMINER'S ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER LINDA
C. TSEU'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR DECLARATORY RELIEF

On June 1, 1992 Executive Director Linda C. Tseu filed a
Petition for Declaratory Relief seeking a declaration that
independent contractors are covered under Chapter 378. On August
12, 1992 the Commission issued an order which assigned the petition
to this Hearings Examiner and instructed the Petitioner to file an
amended petition naming a respondent and containing a statement of
facts within fourteen (14) days of the order. On August 14, 1992
the Executive Director, by and through Enforcement Attorney Karl K.
Sakamoto, filed a Motion To Withdraw Petition For Declaratory
Relief.
Upon consideration of the motion, the affidavit of counsel
attached thereto and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Linda C. Tseu's Motion To
Withdraw Petition For Declaratory Relief is granted.
