- The Working Partners program provides
employers with introductory resources and tools to
address the problematic use by employees of any substanceincluding
but not limited to alcohol, illegal drugs and prescription and
over-the-counter drugs. Programs designed to confront such problems
are commonly referred to as drug-free workplace programs. Therefore,
this term is used frequently throughout the Working Partners materials.

to establish and maintain an alcohol and drug-free workplace. This Advisor also
provides information about the Drug-Free
