OCS FB 2010-2011 POS Award Summary
This 2009 the Office of Community Services awarded out a total of $3,560,666.50. The award amounts are broken into the following service categories in the following chart:
Funding Totals by Service Category for Fiscal Biennium 2009-2010
Thanks to all service providers for showing interest and taking the time to write and submit proposals, OCS wishes to continue working with all of you to provide you with funding. OCS would like to recognize and congratulate our top service providers who applied for and won several contracts and funds:
1. Goodwill Industries of Hawaii (GIH) is awarded seven (7) contracts, receiving a total of $994,950 or 27.94% of the total amount awarded annually.
2. Child and Family Services (CFS) and Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO) were each awarded four (4) contracts, receiving a total of $433,100 (12.16%) and $403,648 (11.34%), respectively, of the total amount for the year.
3. Parents and Children Together (PACT) and Catholic Charities Hawaii (CCH) were each awarded three (3) contracts, receiving a total of $388,300 (10.91%) and $325,400 (9.14%), respectively, of the total amount for the year.
