        • 1) collaboration with schools and school system,
        • 2) outreach, screening, intake and assessment,
        • 3) service planning,
        • 4) bilingual assistance with communication and acculturation, study and social skills, support systems and networks, problem solving,
        • 5) involvement in community services, and
        • 6) assisting older youth with employment preparation.


        Services are provided in the Department of Education's Honolulu school district in the City and County of Honolulu by the following agency:

        8. Food Collection and Distribution Services for Low-Income Persons:
        Food is provided statewide to organizations on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai and Oahu by the following agency:

        12. Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program:
        Services are provided in the counties of Hawaii and Kauai by the following agency:

        14. Weatherization Assistance Program Services for Low-Income Persons:

        16. Assistance to Persons with Disabilities: 

        • 1) individuals with developmental disabilities,
        • 2) individuals with mental illness,
        • 3) individual rights,
        • 4) individuals in need of assistive technology,
        • 5) beneficiaries of social security,
        • 6) individuals with traumatic brain injury, and
        • 7) voter access.


        Services are provided statewide through the following agency:
