*** 2006 LABOR LAW POSTER STILL VALID FOR 2008 ***
Aloha:
We have exhausted our current supply of the Notice to Employee posters (2006). We will be revising the labor law poster for 2008-2009. All registered business in Hawaii will receive a copy of the new poster. We anticipate sending out the new posters by the end of September 2008. Since all businesses are required to have the notices posted, please print out and temporarily use our pdf versions until the new posters are issued.
You may still request a poster, but it will not be sent until after copies are sent to all registered businesses in Hawaii (anticipated October 2008).
If you have already requested a poster prior to July 1, 2008, we apologize for the inconvenience. You will receive a copy of the new poster as soon as it is printed and mailed (anticipated to be at the end of September 2008).
