Filing Quarterly Reports
Form
UC-B6, “Employer’s Quarterly Wage, Contribution and Employment and
Training Assessment Report” is mailed to the last known mailing address
on file for all active employers. Beginning March 2009, all four forms
for the current year will be mailed in a single mailing to reduce
postage charges. Employers must complete Form UC-B6 and pay all
contributions and assessments by end of the month after the end of the
calendar quarter.
Internet Filing
Use our
online service, Hawaii Unemployment Insurance (HUI) Express to file
quarterly reports and pay contributions. Register to use HUI Express
and download our free QWRS program to create electronic files to send.
QWRS calculates the total and taxable wages and contributions due. Need

Paper Filing
Although we
still accept paper forms, employers are encouraged to file
electronically. Form UC-B6A, continuation sheet is no longer mailed
during our annual mailing. Employer with 9 or more employees should
visit HUI Express to file online. Completed reports and payments should be mailed to
