CARD is an online catalog that provides access to the libraries' collections for informational purposes only. Each library has its own policies regarding reference, circulation, interlibrary loan, and document delivery services. Please contact the individual libraries for more information.

Established in 1983, the CARD network represents a collaborative arrangement among four Honolulu government research libraries, one representing each branch of state government and one representing the City and County of Honolulu. The Legislative Reference Bureau Library, the DBEDT Library, the Supreme Court Law Library and the Municipal Reference and Records Center. The Network's main activity is the sharing of the online catalog, CARD.
